One of the few clubs for men and women, in the country devoted solely to (Field) Hockey, Deeside Ramblers Hockey Club has its own astro pitch and club house, located in the lovely village of Tiverton, Cheshire.
It is proud of its friendly atmosphere and has been privileged to receive the North West Hockey Umpires award of the Wilkinson Sword for hospitality and friendliness on no less than five occasions.
The club’s principle is that it exists to provide games of hockey for members at a level those members want, through a club structure that has a clear direction and a long term viability.
The club has players and teams of all abilities and thrives on its junior section starting from the age of 5 years old. With 7 men’s teams, 4 Ladies teams badgers and Beavers and teams for all ages of high school there is plenty of opportunity for everyone.
The clubhouse is open every Saturday during the season for players and supporters and everyone is welcome to come and watch the hockey whilst enjoying the hospitality in our bar.
