This questionnaire is your opportunity to influence the future
development of Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall. Your responses will contribute to
the Parish Plan, which will be fed into the Local District Plan, and will
influence local planning decisions. The
questionnaire will also help us to build our sense of community. The questions
are based on a survey of residents from Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall who
attended the History Day in March 2004. We have included questions where we
believe changes could be made if your responses suggest they are desirable
Each household in Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall is receiving a copy of
this questionnaire. We hope that
everyone in your household will contribute to your responses. Your views about Tiverton and Tilstone
Fearnall are greatly appreciated, and will contribute to positive changes in
the Parish. Thank you, in advance, for the time you take completing this
questionnaire. Please be assured that
all information will be kept strictly confidential and the questionnaire is
anonymous.
The form will be collected by someone displaying an identity badge,
approximately 10 days after it is posted through your letter box.
Alternatively, you can post it by using the enclosed sae, or you can drop it
off at The Old Smithy, Huxley Lane Tiverton.
